This month’s update is a short one, but we want to continue keeping you informed every step of the way.
Shipping Updates – Parts of Asia & South Africa

Mexico Fulfillment Update
Backers in Mexico should have received an email from our fulfillment partner requesting your RFC.
Many of you have already responded (thank you!), but if you haven’t yet, please check your inbox and reply as soon as possible so we can keep your shipment moving.
Pledge Manager Survey Reminder
If you did not complete your survey, or did not contact us before January 30, your survey will not be reopened.
Instead, the value of your pledge will be issued as store credit on our website, or Refunded at 90% of your original pledge amount (upon request).

Replacement Parts
If you’ve submitted a replacement parts request, our team is actively working through them as quickly as possible. In many cases, replacements will ship without a separate confirmation email, so keep an eye on your mailbox.
Lost Packages & Other Issues
If you believe your package has been lost, please reach out to our support team and we’ll do everything we can to help.
If you’ve already emailed us about a lost package or another issue, rest assured we have your message and are working through requests as quickly as possible. We are committed to resolving any remaining issues promptly.

We hope you are all having a great 2026 so far! Today is just a quick update regarding fulfillment and surveys!
Fulfillment Update – Action Required for Some Backers
Fulfillment is now complete or in final stages for all backers worldwide who have completed their pledge manager surveys.
Packages in some regions, such as parts of Asia & South Africa, may still be in transit. Follow along with status in those regions on VFI's website:

If you are in Mexico, you have received an email from our fulfillment centers requesting your RFC. Many of you have already responded, but if you have not - please check your email and respond as soon as possible.
If you have not completed your Pledge Manager survey:
You must contact us by January 30 in order to receive your Kickstarter rewards. If you have not completed your survey or at least reached out to us by January 30, your survey will not be reopened, and the value of your pledge will be issued as store credit on our website instead. Please reach out to our support email for assistance.

December Fulfillment Status

Happy Holidays, Outcasts!
We’re thrilled to share a fresh fulfillment update with you. Dice Throne Outcasts is in the home stretch of completing fulfillment!
Below is a breakdown of where fulfillment currently stands by region:
U.S. (including Mexico)
ADD Wave 1 consists of backers whose pledge managers were fully completed by the primary deadline (July 24, 2025).
2 of the 3 containers have already shipped out to backers.
The final container is underway now and expected to wrap up this week.
Once Wave 1 is fully complete, we’ll move right into Wave 2, which consists only of backers who finalized their pledge manager after the primary cutoff date.

Canada
Wave 1 in Canada is almost entirely fulfilled, and the team is currently taking care of the last few outlier shipments that required a bit of extra attention.
The missing promo packs have also been shipped.
Wave 2, which consists of people who completed their pledge manager late, will begin soon.
Asia
For Asia-based backers, please check your region’s hub directly through VFI’s status page: vfi.asia/hubs
Europe
Wave 1 fulfillment in Europe is complete! Wave 2, which consists of people who completed their pledge manager late, will begin soon.
Australia & New Zealand
Wave 1 fulfillment in AU/NZ is complete! Wave 2, which consists of people who completed their pledge manager late, will begin soon.

Fulfillment is Ongoing!

Adventurers, fulfillment continues across the globe, and we’re thrilled to see photos and hear stories from backers who have already received their rewards!
Here’s the latest status:
EU / UK: Fulfillment is ongoing. You can follow along with Spiral Galaxy’s weekly updates on their Facebook page. In their most recent update (Nov. 7), they said following Essen, they had a number of staff members out with the flu and have asked for patience as they work through their backlog. They expect to be largely complete this week. Below is their chart showing current status from their update.
CA: Fulfillment continues this week. Ziing has told us they expect the final pledges of Wave 1 to ship out by Tuesday, Nov. 18.
US: One of three shipments has arrived at the fulfillment warehouse, and packages have started going out!
Note: One key improvement with U.S. fulfillment through VFI/Gamerati is that all pledges are pre-packed before being loaded onto the shipping containers. This streamlines the entire process. Once the containers arrive in the U.S., there’s no need for additional sorting or assembly. The Gamerati team simply unloads the containers, verifies the shipments, and attaches the shipping labels. This means that as soon as the containers arrive, your games can start heading your way much faster.

AU / NZ: Fulfillment is largely complete.
Asia: You can follow progress on VFI’s Hub Status site. Note that it’s listed under “Outcasts” (not Dice Throne), so you’ll need to scroll to the “O” section to find it. Below is a screenshot from their website showing the current hub status.
We’ll post another update as soon as we have new information. If you haven’t received tracking yet, don’t worry — fulfillment is still in progress, and your copy will be heading your way soon.
Missing Promo Cards
We have identified that there was an input error for backers who late-pledged through Backerkit where the Promo Pack was not added to their pledge details. We are working with the fulfillment centers and these promo packs will be shipped separately. There is no need to email us about this promo pack if you were a late backer, as we have the list of all affected backers.
PAX Unplugged
We also want to give our backers a quick heads-up about PAX Unplugged in a few weeks. Outcasts will be available for sale at the event. While some U.S. backers have already received their games, others are still waiting for fulfillment to finish. We shipped 150 copies of Outcasts from the Kickstarter production run separately for PAX Unplugged. At the time, we expected that the containers carrying U.S. pledges would have arrived and and fulfillment to be complete well before the convention, which is why we made the decision to send a small portion ahead for the event. Ultimately, by the time we sell our limited quantity at PAXU, we anticipate over 60% of shipping containers to be sent out in the United States.
We completely understand that this timing may be frustrating, but we want to be transparent and ensure everyone is aware in advance that Outcasts will be available at PAX Unplugged.

🧭 Fulfillment Updates
EU & Canada – Fulfillment is in progress! Orders are actively being packed and shipped, so you should start seeing tracking notifications soon.
Australia & New Zealand – Fulfillment is complete for Wave 1! Wave 2 will begin soon!
United States – Part of the shipment has arrived at the fulfillment center as of today. We expect packages to start going out this week.
Asia – Updates will be posted on the VFI website once we have more information on the hub status.
🎴 Missing Promos
We’ve been made aware that some pledges have arrived without the included promo cards. We’re already investigating this to understand what happened and whether it’s an isolated incident or a larger issue.
Missing promo packs will be shipped out separately once we identify all affected pledges.
