Hey Adventurers,
The wait is almost over—your Outcasts are gearing up for the final leg of their journey!
Fulfillment Begins Next Month!
📦 Rolling Out: Shipments start arriving at fulfillment centers over the next few weeks. 🌍 Worldwide: Most regions should see fulfillment kick off by mid-October (see details below). 🏁 Finish Line in Sight: We expect fulfillment to be largely complete by the end of October, barring any unexpected surprises.
REGION-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Asia - Fulfillment for this region is expected to begin early-mid October. - VFI Asia will be handling fulfillment in this region. - Address verification emails will be sent by VFI a short time before the pledges are expected to ship.
Australia - Fulfillment for this region is expected to begin in early October. - Armarlo will be handling fulfillment for this region.
Canada - Fulfillment for this region is expected to begin in early October. - Ziing Fulfillment will be handling fulfillment in this region. - We are not able to ship to PO boxes or other non-physical addresses in Canada. We have sent emails to all backers with these types of addresses, but several backers have not responded. Please check your emails if you put anything other than a physical address in Canada to ensure that we have a physical address to ship to.
Europe - Fulfillment for this region is expected to begin mid-October. - Spiral Galaxy will be handling fulfillment in this region. - Address verification emails will be sent from Spiral Galaxy a short time before pledges are expected to ship.
US/Mexico: - Fulfillment for this region is expected to start mid-October. - VFI will be handling US fulfillment for this campaign. - ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS at this point should all be sent to [email protected]. VFI/Gamerati will also send address verification emails a short time before your pledge is expected to ship. Please be on the lookout for those emails.

Hey Dice Throne fans!
We’re still right on schedule, and we are getting closer to the moment you’ve all been waiting for—fulfillment! 🚛💨
To prepare for shipping, we have started the process of locking addresses. You should have received an email yesterday with a 48-hour notice to review and update your shipping reminder. If you haven’t done that yet, please check your inbox and double-check your address ASAP.
Once addresses are locked, we’ll be sharing final details with our fulfillment partners so they can begin preparing shipments. We’re getting SO close!

We’re back with a quick July update. While we don’t have any major news to share this month, we do have something equally exciting to report: everything is still on schedule for fulfillment to begin in October!
In the meantime, we wanted to give you a sneak peek at something shiny—our final acrylic token set samples have arrived, and they look awesome. We put together a short video to show them off in action:

Steady Progress + Pledge Manager Orders Locking Soon!

Greetings Outcast Heroes!
We hope you're doing well! This update will be short and sweet, but we wanted to keep you in the loop.
First off — everything is still on track! We're making great progress and remain confident in our estimated delivery window of Fall 2025 (around October). Barring any unexpected delays, your pledges should be landing in your hands right on schedule.
🔒 Locking Orders Very Soon!
The pledge manager is now closed, and we’ll be locking orders very soon. That means:
You won’t be able to alter your pledge (no upgrades, add-ons, or changes).
You can still update your shipping address, so don’t worry if you’ve got a move coming up — you’ll have time to make sure your game finds you.
🎲 A Small Peek at Conventions
We’ve had the chance to bring an early sample of Outcasts to a couple of conventions, including PAX East. It was a lot of fun to share a brief look with attendees and see their excitement firsthand!
