Important Update about the Pledge Manager & Tariffs

Hello Outcasts!
We have some important information to share regarding the pledge manager and international shipping plans.
Pledge Manager Closing at the end of May
The pledge manager for all add-ons and preorders will close at the end of May. We'll provide a 48-hour notice before closing to ensure everyone has a final opportunity to make any changes. If you haven't completed your pledge manager yet or want to add any extras, please make sure to do so before the deadline. We want to ensure everyone gets exactly what they want!

Tariff Situation & Shipping Plans
As many of you may be aware, the international tariff landscape continues to shift. To handle this uncertainty responsibly, we will not be making final decisions about shipping costs until the product is leaving the warehouse. This approach will allow us to assess exactly how we'll be affected by any tariff changes and make the most cost-effective decisions.
What This Means For You
US Backers: There could be some adjustments to shipping, depending on the tariff situation when products are ready to ship. We're committed to finding the most cost-effective solution.
International Backers: Your shipping plans remain unchanged.
Everyone: We'll provide clear updates before any shipments begin.

March Update - Production Progress + The Future of Dice Throne!

Manufacturing Update: Direct from China!
Aaron is currently in China getting a firsthand look at our production progress, and we've got some exciting images to share! As you can see from the photos, the component quality is looking fantastic.

Hello Dice Throne fans (and anyone who likes to roll 6s)
We are excited to give you a bit of an update and a look at the samples we received! Let’s jump right in!
Samples
Right now, this is the slow part of the production process. We are currently finalizing files with the manufacturer, reviewing production samples and overall getting everything ready for final production. We currently don’t have a timeline for when we can hit “submit” on every single file, but the manufacturer and our team is hitting all of our current milestones.
Our Dice Throne team recently received production samples of the Vault Witch, leaflets and playmat. Check out the video below to see the current production sample.
Dice Throne Organized Play
Dice Throne Organized Play has officially launched across the United States, Canada, France and Sydney Australia! There are currently over 150 stores and over 1300 players participating in monthly tournaments. What to participate in the competitive scene and claim glory in battle?

We are chugging along with proofreading and starting the e-proof process with the manufacturer. While that is a tedious process that doesn't have a lot of exciting visuals to share, it is a critical stage and important to ensure your games are correct when we are ready for mass production. Hello, everyone!
The smoke test has gone out, last-minute changes and edits have been made, and we are preparing to send out the remainder of the BackerKit surveys. With this comes some VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION that we would like you all to read, as it will help answer many of your questions. It is long and maybe boring, and some of you are familiar with the process, so it may seem obvious, but please stick with us until the end.

FINDING YOUR SURVEY
Emails should look something like this and are sent from [email protected]
I DON'T SEE AN EMAIL WITH A LINK TO MY SURVEY
First, please check the email address you use for your Kickstarter account. Many people have multiple email accounts, and you should verify which is linked to Kickstarter.
Second, check your SPAM and/or PROMOTIONAL folders.
Third, if you are an Apple user, check that you did not use the Apple "hide my email" feature with your Kickstarter account. If you used this, Apple will not allow the survey email to be delivered to you. We recommend changing this email to ensure you get all future communication regarding this project
IF YOU STILL DO NOT SEE THE SURVEY, please email [email protected] with your Kickstarter User Name, Backer Number, and email address associated with your Kickstarter account, and we can help you receive your survey.
Important Note - If you only pledged $1 for this campaign, you will NOT receive an invitation to the Pledge Manager, as only $5 pledges and above receive those.
SWITCHING PLEDGE LEVELS
When you first go to BackerKit, you will be asked to "Log In" or "Continue as Guest." We recommend logging in so you can return to your survey in the future. Please make sure to log in with the same email address you use on Kickstarter!
When you log in, the first thing you should see, on both Desktop and Mobile, is the campaign image and a big green button that says "Get Started!". Directly underneath that button is a teensy little link that says "or Switch your Pledge Level >>." If you pledged for the $5 Pledge Manager Access, you MUST switch your pledge level, or the only item you will have access to is the Unchained Expansion to DTA. (If this is the only item you are interested in, you can leave the pledge level alone).
If you have already pushed the big green "Get Started!" button, you can still switch your pledge level by clicking on the teal reward description at the top of the page and then clicking on the "Switch Pledge Levels?" button on the pop-up.
Limited Quantity Items
Some items, such as playmats, may have limited quantities available. This means that no more will be available for this campaign once they are all claimed.
No Split Shipping
Any items pledged for in BackerKit will not ship until this project is fulfilled. We cannot split any pledges to multiple locations or ship in-stock items early. If you would like to receive existing products sooner, please order those directly from www.dicethrone.com
Shipping Costs/Tax Calculations
Shipping and VAT/Taxes are calculated based on your SHIPPING ADDRESS. This means that shipping costs may appear at $1000 per pledge level and an additional add-on until you enter the correct shipping address. If you have entered your address wholly and the shipping costs are still at or above $1000, please email [email protected]. It likely means that you are trying to select a country that we are not able to ship rewards to. VAT/Taxes are collected and remitted in countries and states that we are required to collect/remit in.
Payment Processing/Finalizing Survey
CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS DICE THRONE CAMPAIGNS - When you complete and finalize your survey, you will be charged IMMEDIATELY for the balance due in your cart. Your survey will be locked, and you can no longer change the items in your pledge. YOU WILL STILL BE ABLE TO EDIT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. If you want to make additional changes to your survey before the project rewards ship, please DO NOT finalize your pledge details immediately. A notice will go out 48 hours before we lock pledges manually for fulfillment.
Survey Closing Date -TBA
We aim to leave the Pledge Manager open for as long as possible. This means we do not have a specific date for manually closing it, but we will notify everyone once we have more information. You will also receive an email from BackerKit 48 hours before the surveys close.
